Every customer who purchases direct from our website is automatically given free access to our private members program. Upon checkout, you will receive instructions to access the registration form and diet profile. Upon completion of the diet profile, we will assign your diet plan and send you your password and login. There is no minimum purchase required.

If you have purchased from Changing Sizes in the past, we will be happy to give the same free access to all past customers. Just email admin@changingsizes.com and we will look up your account and email you the same instructions to the diet profile form.
